The Official Manufacturing Company

Jessica and Charlie Wheelock came to us back in 2010 with a dream to start their own bean-to-bar chocolate company. They wanted to do more than “remelt” chocolate—they wanted to introduce Portland to real chocolate making. We helped them with naming and brand ID, as well as their website and packaging.

They loved Portland and had a penchant for Japanese design, and those were our constraints. Their packaging was intentionally spare— it shows restraint and stands out on the shelf. We chose bold colors that would make them recognizable from a distance.

They are available in finer restaurants and stores across the nation.
